I love health and fitness because I believe it allows every individual to develop into a healthier version of themselves. I’m a confident, enthusiastic and happy person who loves to attend the gym and participate in weight training. I regularly meal prep my favourite being Thai green chicken curry.
Since I can remember I’ve always been into my health and fitness. Growing up I was a state gymnast for 10 years before having to stop due to injuries. After having to stop gymnastics I decided I’d join a gym but never did I think that it would become my place of happiness. To me the gym is my happy place, it’s a place to improve yourself. It’s helped me to become more confident, positive and stable.
Now here I am a few years later a personal trainer who’s crazy about health, training and helping others to be the best they can be!
Hi, I'm Krystal and I'm a happy, positive and energetic person; although don't get me wrong I do love a good TV show binge! I am a hairdresser and love the creativity I get to express and the people I get to help feel amazing about themselves. I'm currently on maternity leave after having my little man in August.
I have always enjoyed a balanced lifestyle with both my exercise and food. My late 20's I spent a lot of time finding a happy place within myself and acceptance of my curves. This really helped me with the changes my body has gone through in the last year becoming a mum! I've always preferred group exercise like group bootcamps over the gym and love any excuse to get out and enjoy our beautiful beaches and nature in general.
I like to focus on fuelling my body the best i can, while still enjoying the occasional treat! I am currently breastfeeding so my appetite can be pretty crazy; which is where guilt free goodies have been amazing! A healthy, refuelling snack that totally feels like a treat is definitely a win in my book!!! I love supporting local businesses so when the opportunity came to work with these guys, I was so excited! Having an easy, delicious and nourishing snack is perfect for this new mum!

Hey my name is Ashley and I first got into the fitness industry in 2014 when I started professional sprinting and weight training.
I eventually fell in love with the gym and decided to become a personal trainer through AIPT. I completed that course and started training group fitness classes at Anytime Fitness. I’m now a busy uni student and work part time, so when Jacque asked me if I’d like to become an ambassador for Guilt Free Goodies I jumped at the offer. I would consider myself very passionate about nutrition and I follow a flexible dieting approach. I knew that her balls tasted amazing but when I saw the macros as well I knew these would be a go to snack for me whether I was trying to gain or lose weight.
I’ve also got a lot of food intolerance's and bloating, so I’m very picky about the protein sources brands use in their protein balls. Lucky for me Jacque uses Happy Way which I’ve been using personally for years and it is super clean and gentle on my digestion.
My name is Alan Hartley and I'm 25 years old and fight professionally.
I have been into health and fitness since I was a kid but started taking my nutrition seriously around the time that I was 19. As I entered my adulthood I became more and more interested in performing at a high level. It didn't take long before I realised to perform at a high level in combat sports my nutrition also needed to be on point.
I now enjoy my life both as a pro fighter but also as a healthy balanced person, and good food is a big part of that! I can always tell when I'm eating bad foods because my moods always change and I'm always a ton more lethargic.
I love the idea of guilt free goodies because it's good tasting food that's going to nourish my body and help me compete at a high level. I love the idea that I don't have to sacrifice my hard work in the gym for delicious foods anymore.
My name is Chelsea and I first started my fitness journey at the beginning of 2016 but seriously since the end of 2017. I train a minimum of 6 times a week at two different gyms and try to keep my diet as clean as possible with a good balance of protein/fats and low carbs. I have always had a severe sweet tooth, which has made keeping a clean healthy diet difficult 🙈 That’s when I discovered the beauty of refined sugared raw treats like protein balls and slices 😍 I seriously can’t get enough! For me, it is vital I incorporate these into my diet which keeps the cravings at bay and I still feel like I’m having my sugar/chocolate fix without all the nasties!
